1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bn99 ("bn99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bn99 website located at bn99.asia and all associated services, betting markets, casino games, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the bn99 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using bn99 and must not create or continue to maintain an account.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

bn99 is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bn99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If it is established that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits returned where reasonably practicable, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using bn99 is lawful in their jurisdiction. bn99 makes no representations as to the legal status of online betting or casino gaming in any particular location within Pakistan or elsewhere. Players must comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws prior to using the Services. bn99 will not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are not eligible to hold a bn99 account or use any of the Services:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of bn99 or its affiliated providers;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from bn99 during the active exclusion period;
• Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming features on bn99, you are required to create a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your mobile number or email address, a chosen password, and any additional information requested during the verification process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify bn99 promptly of any changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at bn99. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If bn99 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by shared device, IP address, bank account, payment method, or any other identifier — all duplicate accounts may be suspended, balances merged or forfeited, and winnings voided at bn99's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bn99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bn99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.

3.4 Verification

bn99 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide such documentation as bn99 reasonably requests, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. bn99 may temporarily suspend account functionality pending the satisfactory completion of verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to bn99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and such other methods as may be made available on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified. bn99 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your bn99 account at any time subject to: (a) account verification being complete; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the available real-money balance. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. bn99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bn99 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts in accordance with prevailing policy, which will be communicated in advance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain account activity.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bn99 are subject to acceptance by bn99 at its sole discretion. bn99 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform.

5.2 Odds and Settlement

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. bn99 strives to settle bets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, bn99's decision — guided by relevant sports governing body rules — shall be final and binding.

5.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds, palpable errors, or evidence of fraud or match manipulation. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is offered on selected events. bn99 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed just before a market is suspended may be voided if they cannot be fairly evaluated in the context of the live event state at the time of placement.

6. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on bn99 — including live dealer titles, slots, table games, and game show products — are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each title and the rules of the relevant third-party software provider. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail.

bn99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live studio-based games sourced from internationally regulated providers. All game outcomes are determined independently of bn99's control. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels. Actual returns may vary from theoretical RTPs over any given session.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game session, the affected round(s) may be voided and stakes returned. bn99 shall not be liable for any winnings generated through a demonstrably malfunctioning game.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bn99 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other incentive schemes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

Players must not exploit bonuses through bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other practice designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. bn99 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where abuse is identified.

bn99 may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively apply to bets already placed in good faith under existing promotion terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bn99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Collusion with other players or with any individual involved in the running of an event;
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers in any manner;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bn99 staff or other players;
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on bn99, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of bn99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bn99 solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the prior written consent of bn99.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or interruption of service resulting from technical issues, third-party provider failures, or any other cause beyond bn99's reasonable control.

bn99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bn99 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Responsible Gaming

bn99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. bn99 provides players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available within every player account's settings section.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be shortened or reversed. bn99 will make reasonable efforts to honour self-exclusion requests across all sections of the platform.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Any winnings generated by a self-excluded player using a circumvented account will be forfeited.

12. Termination & Account Closure

bn99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, prohibited conduct, or at bn99's sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be subject to review before release.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the bn99 support team. Following closure, bn99 will process a withdrawal of any available real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of bn99 Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as specified by bn99 in writing.

bn99's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, account status, bonus eligibility, and game outcome disputes shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bn99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the bn99 website, no less than seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of bn99 Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
